Why should I choose Buespanish?
Buespanish is like a boutique Spanish school where our students can study Spanish and the Argentine customs and culture in a friendly atmosphere and with a personal approach. We have a close relationship with our students because we try to be with them not only in their learning process but in the whole experience of living in Buenos Aires. What are your business hours?
We are open from 8:45 to 18:30. You can stay in the school to use internet, chat with other students or staff, read some books and newspapers or eat some snacks. You can also contact us by email. We will answer you as soon as possible.
What is included in the courses?
All the material for the lessons, the placement test and monthly evaluations, attendance diplomas and snacks during the breaks are included in the price.
How long is each class?
We offer different types of courses. You can choose to take an intensive course. This course is of 4 hours per day. There is also a standard course of two hours per day. The lessons can be during the morning (9 to 13) or the afternoon (14 to 18).
Should I bring something to class?
You just need to bring a pen and a notebook. You can also bring your dictionary. We will give you a textbook designed and produced by Buespanish. The textbook includes grammar, texts, exercises, vocabulary and homework.
What happens if there is no group class for my level?
We will open a class for you. Other students may join afterwards. The price of the course will not be changed.
What kind of accommodation do you offer?
We offer different options for accommodation. You can stay in a home stay (in a private or shared room), in a shared apartment or in private apartments. We can also arrange stays in hostels and hotels.
All the home stays and shared apartments we offer are near the school, in a walking distance or by bus or subway.
What are the payment methods?
You can pay the Spanish course in cash (pesos argentines, dollars or euro) the first day of classes. You can also pay through PayPal, send the money through Western Union or make a wire transfer to our bank account.

Where is the school located? Is it a safe area?
The school is located in Monserrat, a neighborhood near downtown Buenos Aires. It is a safe area. Buespanish is just three blocks away from 9 de Julio Avenue and four blocks from the National Congress. If you walk around you will find many restaurants, shops, historic buildings, churches and famous tango bars.
There are around twenty buses near the school and two subway stations (Moreno Station, Line C and Saenz Peña Station, Line A).
Can I start in the middle of the week?
If you choose to take private lessons you can start any day of the week. If you choose to take a group lesson the courses start every Monday all year round. If you prefer to join a group that has already started you can take some private lessons to catch up.
When do I have to book the course?
You can book your course now by completing our registration form.
What level am I?
In order to know your Spanish level you have to complete a placement exam. You can complete it at school or at home. After checking it we can tell you your Spanish level.
What is the class size?
In group lessons there are usually three or four students. The maximum of students per class is six. The small class size assures faster learning.
Do you offer extra activities?
There are social and cultural activities during the week and weekends. We usually go for dinner at Peñas (restaurants with an Argentinean menu and music), enjoy tango and folklore shows; take tango and salsa lessons, go to watch a football match, do a city tour and more!
